Set within Seville Golf & Country Club, this beautiful restaurant is designed to WOW the guest upon entering! An exquisite fireplace sits in the center of the room made with large stone columns and a rich wood mantle. Beautiful marble and wood credenzas line the walls along with ‘old world’ tapestries. To balance this, soft, supple fabrics are woven into the chairs and drape the windows to soften the dark, rich wood tables and chairs. Indirect sunlight filters through floor to ceiling windows creating a light and airy dining room. The d�cor in Bolero’s has expertly captured both the boldness of a refined dining experience while keeping the softness of a friendly gathering place.

To complement the picturesque setting, Executive Chef Kenneth Arneson, Executive Sous Chef Nathan Larsen and their culinary team have created a continental cuisine encompassing flavors from across the globe. Their expertise in crafting unique menu choices with delectable flavor and intricate presentation has evolved into a menu that must be experienced. Starters with old-world charm such as Ahi Tuna Carpaccio are available and our Cilantro Crusted Scallops with Chipotle Mango Butter is one of three fresh seafood choices. Angus steaks and our pepper crusted pork loin are grilled to perfection. Chef Arneson uses only the finest ingredients in his recipes, including the favorite Poached Pear and Watercress Salad.

The assumption is sometimes made that Bolero’s is private because it is located at Seville Golf and Country Club; however, we are open to the public and look forward to serving you.
